Job Summary:

You are an experienced, innovative and hands-on content producer, leader, and all-around creative marketeer. You build and lead teams and inspire others to take creative to a new level. You understand strategic and business objectives and how to apply that knowledge to develop fresh marketing content that connects with all types of audiences. You are eager to work outside the box but nimble enough to know when to work from within and able to adapt quickly to the ever-changing demands of outsourcing sector.

The role:

Reporting to the Vice President of Optimisation, and partnering with Business Development, Solutions and Insights Teams, this individual will lead the Creative Marketing function.

Strategic responsibility for the Marketing function for CPM’s International Contact Centre Division. Responsible for driving the creative for design-focused initiatives, campaigns and integrated marketing to strengthen CPM’s positioning and support with continued growth.

Leading a small content and communications team, the person will provide creative direction, asset creation and management for all marketing efforts, including sales presentations, event campaigns and storytelling through designs, messaging, video, photography and creative copywriting.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Marketing & Creative Planning from concept to implementation, inclusive of management of strategic marketing plan and development of a full creative assets library for both online and offline

  • Create and execute a Marketing Campaign Calendar, engaging with Sales to create a targeted approach

  • Alignment with CPM Group and Omnicom Marketing and collaboration on Group-wide initiatives

  • Develop impactful creative content to drive CPM positioning – ranging from digital marketing campaigns, sales campaigns, videos, artwork, email marketing, photography and animations, brochures, presentations

  • Ownership of CPM website and landing pages, creating fresh content and CTAs to drive traffic to our sites

  • Develop rich know-how on HubSpot CMS, Marketing and Sales platform to manage campaigns

  • Manage and execute creative ideas on assigned projects with internal teams to establish communication goal/objectives, develop visual/copy concepts and design alternatives using appropriate media 

  • Monthly Insights & Analysis of all marketing, digital and social interactions, consistently driving improvement and putting forward new ideas to increase results

  • Ensure designs and content reflect consistently and positively the CPM brand image and aspiration

  • Possess strong leadership skills with capability to drive fresh creativity and ideas 

  • Foster an environment where big ideas are put forward and pushed through to delivery 

Requirements

  • Being able to demonstrate extensive experience within Strategic Marketing and creative direction in a corporate setting

  • Experience creating marketing/advertising campaigns from developing vision and the message platform to overseeing production on time and budget

  • Extensive expertise in design software programs, including Photoshop, InDesign, Flash, video editing and other animation tools

  • Knowledge of HTML web design and CMS

  • Experience using Hubspot CMS a plus

  • Clear understanding of how to develop brand identities through multi-channel marketing

  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritise and work with internal resources to deliver in a timely manner

  • Talent in presenting information concisely and accurately, with keen attention to detail

  • Excellent verbal and communications skills

  • Negotiation, project management, and leadership skills

  • Passionate about learning new design concepts and monitoring sector trends

  • Highly skilled with leading a team of creative talent

    • Temporary contract (4 months - possibility of renewal depending on business needs)

    • Salary: €21.000 gross per year

    • Professional training (paid) that optimally prepares you for your job. The training period is 1 month, and you need to be at the office the first day (the remainder of the training will be done remotely)
