HR BUSINESS ASSISTANT - INTERNSHIP

Job Purpose

To provide support to a wide administrative task in the human resources department, such as employment and labor relations giving assistance about policies, procedures, documentation and legislation making sure all the required procedures are done in time and aligned with the Spanish labor legislation.

Key Accountabilities and decision Ownership

  • Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR department.

  • Compile and update employee records and documentation.

  • Deal with employee HR related requests, issues, advice, and regulations.

  • Coordinate with other departments such as payroll or recruitment (among others) to ensure a smooth employee onboarding in CPM by providing relevant data.

  • To be in contact with government institutions when needed.

  • To prepare and deliver contracts: new employees, contract renewals, extensions or changes.

  • To prepare and deliver other HR related documents.

  • To manage the full cycle of the employee from an HR perspective both internally and externally by informing the correct department (absences, sick leaves, paternities, maternities, “excedencias”,other types of leaves, termination of contracts, change of conditions, etc.).

  • To prepare and provide regular reports to other departments.

  • Give internal support and advice regarding HR procedures.

Must have:

  • Knowledge of Spanish Labour law and Human Resources

  • Fluent in Spanish and excellent level of English both in speaking and writing

  • Good organizational skills and efficiency

  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality

  • Ability to handle multiple projects at a time and comply with deadlines.

  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize demands.

  • Fleet Team Leader - Automotive - Mazda

    We have an exciting opportunity for a Fleet Team Leader - Automotive to join our team based in Thame (temporarily remote).

    The Team Leader for Mazda Fleet is responsible for the leadership & management of a team of 2 Fleet Account Executives and a Fleet Admin Exec. The Team Leader must ensure team targets for appointment setting activity are being met whilst balancing workload generated from the field support function for the Mazda Regional Corporate Sales Managers.

    The Team Leader will hold a dual role and will be responsible for managing the team as well as having Fleet Account Exec responsibilities. Excellent organisation and time management skills are essential for this role.

The purpose of this role is to deliver high quality, effective communications to automotive brands fleet prospects and customers and support their field teams in their day to day roles.

The role will require you to develop a sound understanding of the brand's range of product and to embrace and live their brand values. You will work collaboratively with prospects and customers

to gain an understanding of their business and company car requirements in a skilful and professional manner using market knowledge to influence decision-makers and promote the brand, and the benefits of a direct relationship.

You will be required to identify opportunities for up-sell and/or cross-sell and engage the relevant

stakeholders accordingly. This will be through a combination of prospecting and account management.
