Real Time Efficiency Monitor

Job Summary

The Real Time Efficiency Monitor will be responsible of managing and reviewing day-to-day operations and real-time productivity in the project/department assigned including scheduling, staffing, metrics and performance in parallel with the WFM team, to ensure proper staffing and scheduling commensurate with service level goals on a daily, weekly and monthly level.

What you will achieve

  • Intraday monitoring of agent adherence against schedules and average speed of answer to maximize resource efficiency, flagging non-adherence issues to Management as required.

  • Monitoring of daily off phone activity whilst working with Team Leads.

  • Updating schedules in Workforce Management system to improve adherence and to provide accurate MI for internal departments.

  • Publication of schedules on time and in alignment with Contact Centre agreement.

  • Optimization of breaks and lunches to ensure maximum productivity.

  • Preparation of regular as well as ad hoc reports within business delivery timelines; review the reported data to identify potential business changes/improvements that can be made.

  • Daily communication and briefings with Team Leads & Service Delivery Managers, delivering insight, help to potentially identify risk areas and noting trends, to track achievement or deviation of performance by Team and individual.

  • Compliance with the full content of the Acceptable Use Policy

What we look for

  • Knowledge of WFM tools and Contact Centre performance measurement applications

Sales Support Executive - Mazda - WFH

£This position will be permanently working from home (anywhere in the UK)£

We have an exciting opportunity for Sales Support Executive to join our team based in. This role is varied with elements of Sales, Sales Support, Account Management, Administration, and Planning all involved.

This role would be ideal for individuals looking to develop their B2B sales/account management experience or someone with ambitions of moving into the field.

As a Sales Support Executive- Automotive your role will be varied and will include:

  • Calling new and existing customers

  • Building and maintaining relationships with Fleet Managers/Finance Directors/Sales Directors/Procurement etc.

  • Having tailored business conversations with the aim of booking a face to face appointments for your field contact

  • Understanding of the UK fleet industry and the current considerations for fleets across the country (training given)

  • Working closely with the clients Regional Corporate Sales Managers (RCSM). Involves diary management, demo bookings, assisting with admin tasks, etc.

  • Developing territory plans with the Regional Corporate Sales Manager

  • Promoting the brand and products

  • Offering customer support

  • Reporting appointment bookings and customer feedback

  • Making a Real Difference for the client

You Should:

  • Have an understanding/knowledge of the B2B sales and account management process

  • Be a self-motivator with experience of working towards targets

  • Excellent customer service skills with a confident telephone manner

  • Good communication skills with the ability to liaise with other departments

  • Excellent listening skills with the ability to glean information

  • Good keyboard skills and computer literacy are necessary (understanding of Microsoft Outlook and Excel)

  • Strong administrative skills with a keen eye for detail

  • Have a proactive approach to problem-solving and the day to day tasks.

For the successful Account Executive - Automotive we will also reward you with:

  • Full-time, permanent position working 37.5 hours Monday-Friday, between 9 am-5 pm.

  • We are offering a salary of £22,500 per year+ (£500 quarterly performance bonus)

  • 22 days holiday pro rata + Bank Holidays (Increasing a day a year capped at 31)

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Sales Support Executive to join our team based in Thame.

The Senior Sales Support Executivefor Mazda Fleet Sales is a dual role. 50% of the role is responsible for the leadership & management of a team of Account Executives and an Admin Executive and 50% will involve being an account executive with sales targets.

The Senior Sales Support Executivemust ensure overall team targets for appointment setting activity are being met whilst balancing workload generated from the field support function for the Mazda Regional Corporate Sales Managers. Excellent organisation and time management skills are essential for this role.

As Senior Sales Support Executiveyou will work alongside the Senior Account Manager to deliver & exceed Mazda£s targets through coaching, developing and motivating the individuals within your team and expertly opening new opportunities for the Mazda brand.

You must have a drive for improvement, be organised, decisive & have an ability to build relationships with both internal & external stakeholders at various levels.

Leadership and Management- Automotive your role will be varied and will include:

  • Managing your team to achieve and exceed appointment setting targets, KPI£s and SLA£s

  • Conduct regular team and individual meetings with direct reports in line with CPM Contact Centre standards

  • Call Quality assessments £" evaluate your teams£ ability to navigate sales calls, providing feedback, direction and coaching for improvements

  • Developing territory plans with the Regional Corporate Sales Managers and be part of weekly status calls to discuss progress and priorities

  • Define monthly, weekly and daily qualitative and quantitative targets for teams and individuals

  • Evaluate the performance of team and individuals against all against CPM campaign and Contact Centre standards and campaign

  • Implement performance management programmes where staff fall below required levels in any job-related areas to ensure optimum team and individual performance.

Sales Support Executive:

  • Contacting new and existing customers through phone and email

  • Building and maintaining relationships with Fleet Managers/Finance Directors/Sales Directors/Procurement etc.

  • Having tailored business conversations with the aim of booking high-quality appointments for the Mazda Regional Corporate Sales Managers (RCSM)

As a Senior Sales Support Executive- Automotive what we expect from you:

  • Experience in the automotive industry desired, but not essential, Automotive Fleet-specific experience/understanding/knowledge is preferable

  • Sales/account management experience with a track record of achieving against targets

  • Have experience and ability to coach and develop teams to achieve targets

  • Ability to demonstrate achievement of SLA and KPI adherence

  • Possess high levels of communication, planning and organisational skills.

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Be comfortable working with Microsoft Office applications (particularly excel) and hold a good level of understanding of CRM platforms. Salesforce CRM experience is desirable.

  • Ability to work closely with many different personality types

  • Focused & driven with a desire to achieve targets and develop strong, long-las relationships

  • Confidence to get on the phone and source new opportunities

  • Remain calm under pressure and find solutions to challenging situations

  • Enrolled in company pension scheme after completing 2 months
