An exciting and brand-new role, supporting Diageo customers with the new digital platform £Diageo One£.

You will be responsible for activating customer registrations and managing all queries through the platform, inc draught quality faults, contact us enquiries, POS and glassware fulfilment.

As the channel grows, you will manage webchat conversations, make outbound calls to customers to support them with the platform and further promote Diageo products & services.
