The Planning Manager will support the Head of Operations in developing and making our business more efficient by:

- Leading a team of ten real time analysts alongside one scheduling expert and one forecasting specialist.

- Managing client relationships on forecasting, workforce planning, recruitment governance, service delivery and real time management.

- Seeking opportunities to increase productivity within the operation.

Your Daily Tasks:

  • To manage the team based on client performance expectations and develop a small team of Forecasting & Planning Analysts.

  • To constantly monitor and propose effective shift patterns to match business requirements.

  • To make recruitment recommendations and identify opportunities and benefits offered through skills-based routing.

  • To identify and pro-actively manage changes to the shift patterns to deliver improved customer service.

  • To be aware of and record business, resource and seasonal changes.

  • To monitor recruitment and liaise with the recruitment team and HR to make advanced plans for required shift changes.

  • To work closely with the client.

  • To deliver effective & accurate reports detailing key performance indicators and commentary relating to workforce and shift performance.

The ideal job for you?

  • WFM experience, primarily in multi market Contact Centre environments.

  • Deep understanding of operational levers within the contact centre environment.

  • Skills in Workforce Management, Spanish employment regulations, Injixo, Genesys and AWS tools, computer and MS Office.

  • High level negotiation and influencing skills.

  • Stakeholder management Personal efficiency and teamwork.

  • Emotional intelligence and the ability to build relationships, motivate and collaborate with others are essential.

  • Good level of English to communicate with our international team.

    Job Description

    We are looking for employees to be fluent in German to strengthen our vibrant and motivated customer service and sales team to interact with owners of some of the most innovative and stylish Dyson products in the world.

  • Fleet Team Leader - Automotive - Mazda

    We have an exciting opportunity for a Fleet Team Leader - Automotive to join our team based in Thame (temporarily remote).

    The Team Leader for Mazda Fleet is responsible for the leadership & management of a team of 2 Fleet Account Executives and a Fleet Admin Exec. The Team Leader must ensure team targets for appointment setting activity are being met whilst balancing workload generated from the field support function for the Mazda Regional Corporate Sales Managers.

    The Team Leader will hold a dual role and will be responsible for managing the team as well as having Fleet Account Exec responsibilities. Excellent organisation and time management skills are essential for this role.

    As Team Leader you will work alongside the Account Manager to deliver & exceed Mazda’s targets through coaching, developing and motivating the individuals within your team and expertly opening new opportunities for the Mazda brand.

    You must have a drive for improvement, be organised, decisive & have an ability to build relationships with both internal & external stakeholders at various levels.

    Fleet Team Leader - Automotive your role will be varied and will include:

    • Managing your team to achieve and exceed appointment setting targets, KPI’s and SLA’s

    • Conduct regular team and individual meetings with direct reports in line with CPM Contact Centre standards

    • Call Quality assessments – evaluate your teams’ ability to navigate sales calls, providing feedback, direction and coaching for improvements

    • Developing territory plans with the Regional Corporate Sales Managers and be part of weekly status calls to discuss progress and priorities

    • Define monthly, weekly and daily qualitative and quantitative targets for teams and individuals

    • Evaluate the performance of team and individuals against all against CPM campaign and Contact Centre standards and campaign

    • Implement performance management programmes where staff fall below required levels in any job-related areas to ensure optimum team and individual performance.

    FAE Responsibilities will include:

    • Contacting new and existing customers through phone and email

    • Building and maintaining relationships with Fleet Managers/Finance Directors/Sales Directors/Procurement etc.

    • Having tailored business conversations with the aim of booking high-quality appointments for the Mazda Regional Corporate Sales Managers (RCSM)

    • Understanding of the UK Fleet industry and the current considerations for fleet managers across the country

    • Working closely with the RCSM to provide back-office support with diary management, demo bookings, assisting with admin tasks etc.

    • Promoting the brand and products

    • Offering customer support

    • As a Fleet Team Leader - Automotive what we expect from you:

    • Experience in the automotive industry is essential, Automotive Fleet-specific experience/understanding/knowledge is preferable

    • Sales/account management experience with a track record of achieving against targets

    • Have experience and ability to coach and develop teams to achieve targets

    • Ability to demonstrate achievement of SLA and KPI adherence

    • Possess high levels of communication, planning and organisational skills.

    • Excellent attention to detail

    • Be comfortable working with Microsoft Office applications (particularly excel) and hold a good level of understanding of CRM platforms. Salesforce CRM experience is desirable.

    • Ability to work closely with many different personality types

    • Focused & driven with a desire to achieve targets and develop strong, long-las relationships
