Recruitment Specialist

We're looking for a Recruitment Specialist with an advanced level of German, French, Italian or Portuguese to join our international People team! You will be capable of working in a fast-paced environment, able to think on your feet and work using your own initiative as well as being pro-active. You will contribute to the full cycle recruiting experience, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to hiring talent to meet CPM International's needs. You will work productively and effectively on your own and as part of the recruitment team.

Responsibilities:

• Have an exceptional knowledge and natural ability to read people and assess suitability for a variety of career opportunities within our business

• Understand, manage and keep updated all processes in database and systems

• Bring excellent and personalized recruitment experience to all candidates

• Publish job ads and manage applications

• Conduct proactive search of candidates and source profiles

• Conduct phone screenings

• Conduct interviews where applicable (individual or group, virtual or face to face)

• Following up with candidates and their processes

• Ensure requirements are met by the established target date

• Perform administration duties related to onboarding in Spain and the UK

• Understand and comply with GDPR

• Provide support to other People Team/Shared Services divisions when applicable

• Highly organized and proficient in all google and Microsoft applications you´ll track performance and provide detailed reporting on your recruitment activities

• Be a Social Media Pro and create innovative ways to locate qualified individuals

Requirements:

  • Be fluent in German, French, Italian or Portuguese and advanced level of English (any additional language is a plus!)

  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, communication skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple assignments/projects simultaneously and work independently with great attention to detail and a desire to learn

  • Ability to work under pressure

  • Exceptional customer service focus, high-energy, driven, articulate, and a friendly personality

  • Ability to interact effectively with all levels of internal personnel and external entities, as applicable

  • Knowledge of Spanish Labour Law a plus

  • Excellent skills in judgment and ability to respect protect and maintain highly confidential information

  • Excellent technical skills including, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

  • Resourceful and willing to take the initiative in a fast-paced environment

  • Experience in recruitment will be a plus

Your role will be to successfully connect with a portfolio of On-trade and Off-trade customer and prospect accounts working in a B2B telephone sales environment on behalf of our client. You will be responsible for driving new distribution points, maximizing new revenue opportunities by gaining customer commitment, retain and grow the client£s £share of bar£ and promote their overall drinks portfolio and services.

  • To conduct administration duties as directed by yourAdmin Team Leader or Team Manager

  • To professionally handle all contact channels on behalfof our client including inbound & outbound telephone calls; email; written

  • To become a £product expert£for your defined area

  • To accurately populate the campaign system/s.

  • Attend training and briefing sessions (internally andexternally) as necessary to understand Client and Contact Centrerequirements

  • To adhere to all client processes, protocols,and procedures

Knowledge and Experience

  • Educated to GCSE/O£Level standard including Maths and English

  • Confident telephone manner, including good communication and listening skills

  • Computer literate

  • Accurate in data capturing

  • Exceptional grammar and letter writing skills with good attention to detail

Other Information

  • Working Days - Monday £" Friday & Rotational Saturdays, Sundays & Bank Holidays (with a lieu day given for working BH£s)

  • Working Hours - 7.5-hour shift to be worked between 8am & 6pm (Monday to Friday) - Rota'd, Saturdays - 9am - 5pm & Sundays - 9am - 3pm

  • Salary: £18,370(rising to £18,870 following successful Guinness accreditation)

The role - Client Delivery Manager

Within this role you will have the opportunity to be client facing whilst being responsible for the delivery and strategic development of the service. Leading a team to drive new and innovative ways of working ensuring exceptional client delivery through strong engagement of your team, whilst demonstrating our organisational values across both internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • To develop and nurture existing client relationships to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue and profit contribution

  • To keep fully up to date on client businesses, objectives and marketplace, to enable business focused discussion and proposal of proactive operational solutions

  • To be able to produce proposals for new and existing clients based on their requirements and ensuring that the Business Unit is delivering against revenue and profit targets

  • To have the ability to identify the client needs and ensure the delivery of contractual targets ensuring a seamless service whilst achieving operational excellence

  • To have strong leadership skills and a good all-round knowledge of contact center operations to ensure that the operational teams are delivering the best possible service to meet the client needs and contractual targets

  • To have the ability to manage a budget (P&L)

  • To be able to drive continuous improvements to a project by leading on process improvements, new technologies or other operational efficiencies.

Requirements:

  • Experience in client relationship and operational management

  • Effective in influencing and negotiating - builds relationships and respect at all levels to gain support.

  • Experience in succession planning and people development

  • Think strategically and execute tactically

  • Ability to analyse and interpret and present data to support performance improvement activities

  • Client industry knowledge

  • Ability to prioritize work effectively

  • Ability to work to deadlines

  • Fluent level of English

What do we offer?

Part-time contract (20 hours/week)

Fixed schedule: Monday to Friday morning between 09:00 and 14:00

Salary: Pro-rata of 18.000 £ gross per year (amount for 39 hours/week)

Indefinido contract (1 month probation)

Benefits: dental insurance, knowledge bonus (150£/month) after 1 month working in the campaign.

Monthly bonus between £150 and £50 based on performance

24 days holiday per year on full time basis

You will be working remotely but you must live in Spain

Diageo - Technical Support Advisor - WFH

£This position will be permanently working from home (anywhere in the UK)£

Job Purpose

To provide an exceptional customer experience for all Diageo customers and stakeholders.

To be responsible for receiving inbound telephone calls, emails and admin tasks from customers and respond to these on behalf of Diageo.

To understand the client£s vision and values and ensure that these are reflected daily throughout the role.

Responsibilities:

  • To handle all contacts, including challenging technical calls, to a high standard

  • To spend time £in the field and office£ with a Diageo Engineer to fully understand the Guinness quality processes & to gain an in-depth knowledge of £bar and cellar£ set-ups

  • Accurately diagnose and resolve technical faults over the phone/email without the need for an engineer using your problem-solving & technical knowledge skills

  • To take part in our Guinness accreditation program to become certified as a product and technical expert

  • Attend training and briefing sessions (internally and externally) as necessary to gain an understanding of Client and Contact Centre requirements and to continuously develop fundamental skills
