We are looking for employees with a native level of German to strengthen our vibrant and motivated support team. You will delight Withings owners every time they contact you. You will be a Withings Ambassador who lives, breathes and loves the brand.

Withings is premium developer of digital health and wellness smart devices an focus on delivering a premium level of customer experience to their customers.Combining the latest technology with Health matters, Withing’s design, manufacture and distribute a range of products that empower people to make the right decisions for their health. Key features such as the ability to measure the heart rate of someone using their smart fitness watch are a perfect example of the blend of health and technology.

Your Daily Tasks:

You will interact with our Owners online via Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and other social media applications

You will review owner feedback and approve product review on a range of social media apps.

You will reactively and proactively engage owners and future owners in chat, guiding them through the purchase journey and encouraging them to buy the right product for their needs.

As well as being our chat support agent, you will also be part of the multi-channel team, supporting them (across all channels) with the helpline, emails and administration tasks.

You will look for opportunities to talk with our owners about new and exciting products that are regularly launched into the market.

Knowledge and Experience

You must demonstrate a passion for customer service and be able to convince us that you understand this channel inside out.

Able to speak, read and write German to a native level

Have a good level of English to communicate with our international team.

You understand the appropriate tone of voice to use and the potential to lead a conversation.

You can react calmly and respond professionally in all circumstances.

You can tune in and synchronize with the client to respond to their expectations.

You are digitally savvy and have technical knowledge of all major social platforms.

You will be a brand ambassador, continuously improving and developing your knowledge of the brand, products and procedures.

The digital department is a fast-paced environment, so therefore learning new tools, staying up to date and developing new customer-care related skills is a must.

Social media content can vary from simple to more complex messages. You will need to think quickly on your feet and take the appropriate steps to resolve the issues while escalating difficult situations to your senior.

    The Business Data Analyst & Reporting Specialist will work with organisations to help them improve their processes and systems. They conduct research and analysis in order to come up with solutions to business problems and help to introduce these systems to businesses and their clients. Analysts gather and maintain a wide array of data-related business processes and reporting. Also work with data structures and metadata to ensure consistency, security, and accessibility. Develop and create data layout like tables, charts, graphs, heat maps and process flow diagrams.

  • B2B Outbound Advisor - Fiat Chrysler

    The purpose of this role is to deliver high quality, effective communications to automotive brands fleet prospects and customers and support their field teams in their day to day roles.

    The role will require you to develop a sound understanding of the brand's range of product and to embrace and live their brand values. You will work collaboratively with prospects and customers

    to gain an understanding of their business and company car requirements in a skilful and professional manner using market knowledge to influence decision-makers and promote the brand, and the benefits of a direct relationship.

    You will be required to identify opportunities for up-sell and/or cross-sell and engage the relevant

    stakeholders accordingly. This will be through a combination of prospecting and account management.

    You will need to manage any opportunities through appointments with the field team and beyond as required by developing lasting relationships.

    Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

    • Demonstrate knowledge and passion for the fleet market to support the creation and identification of opportunities to introduce customers to the brand.

    • Proactively promote the brand's products and the benefits of a direct relationship to decision-makers within the Fleet environment.

    • To ensure service and productivity levels are achieved to an exceptional standard and in line with CPM’s call quality policy.

    • To capture data onto the relevant system paying careful attention to detail and within the agreed SLA.

    • To handle all channels of communication including inbound & outbound telephone calls from marketing or other activities and ensure that these requests are accurately logged, and any

    • Attend briefing sessions & training sessions as required (internally and externally) in line with business requirements.

    • To ensure all set targets are achieved or exceeded monthly.

    • To drive own learning of all the brand's products and the wider fleet market through the utilization of web tools, brochures, specialist press & other mediums.

    • To regularly self-assess and review your own performance in conjunction with your line manager to ensure continued personal development.

    • Assist other members of the team as required, and to take responsibility for the support of other Business Development Managers during periods of holiday or other absence.

    Knowledge and Experience Required

    • B2B sales/telephone account management experience is not required, however would be beneficial.

    • Automotive experience is not required, however, an interest in cars or the industry would benefit the candidate.

    • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel), coupled with good typing skills.

    • Experience of working in a sales focussed/office environment essential.
